Immediate Full-Time and Part-Time Licensed Occupational Therapist Position at our Valrico Office

• Flexible Schedule Options to choose from based on what works best for you
• Highly Competitive Compensation including Guaranteed Base Salary ($67-74k)
• Bonus Pay Program you have control over: upwards of $3,000-$8,000+ for Productivity above 27hours/week (based on a 40hr/week position; will be adjusted for different schedules) and extra PRN pay

• Built-in Scheduled Prep and Documentation times within your day; your lunch time is intended for lunch!
• Built-in Mentorship Support and Cohort weekly meetings in your schedule to discuss clients and therapy interventions
• 80 hours Paid-Time-Off to use as you wish plus additional 1-week office closure the last week of the year to prioritize personal/family time over the holidays

All About Speech & Language (AASL) is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists with experience assessing and treating pediatric clients, ages 18 months old to teenagers and young adults.

Who are we? AASL is a family-owned, pediatric private practice in Tampa and Valrico, FL, offering speech-language, occupational, social skills, feeding, and reading/writing therapy. We work with clients of all abilities, from early childhood through young adulthood. Our therapies support individuals to acquire communication and functional life skills to grow as unique and special people and thrive within their respective communities.
