Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience in full-service, casual to upscale scratch kitchen management with a seafood focus
- Hands-on management style that fosters teamwork and accountability
- Comfortable working in an exposed kitchen while maintaining professionalism
- Proven ability to connect with customers and enhance guest satisfaction with some FOH experience
- Strong background in P&L management and driving profitability
- Skilled in hiring, managing, and mentoring teams
- Dedicated to upholding culinary, safety, and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences
- Committed to professional and personal growth
