We are looking for an experienced real estate professional who wants to combine personal production with coaching and agent development in a collaborative office environment while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, developing agents, and continuing to grow their own real estate business.

You will mentor licensed agents as well as individuals progressing through real estate school, helping them turn knowledge into productive daily activity. Your experience in the business will be valuable as you guide agents through prospecting, lead generation, client conversations, follow up, appointment setting, and the habits required to create consistent opportunities.

You will work closely with office leadership to help agents establish goals, maintain accountability, improve their communication, and develop stronger business practices. Rather than coaching only from theory, you will remain active in personal production, allowing you to share current experience and lead through the same activities you are helping others improve.

This opportunity is well suited for a productive real estate professional who enjoys developing people and wants to expand their leadership experience without stepping away from their own clients and business. Your ability to coach, communicate, create accountability, and lead by example will contribute directly to the growth of agents and the overall office.

Compensation:

$130,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Guide agents in setting and achieving their personal and professional goals.
• Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to individual agent needs.
• Foster a collaborative environment where agents feel supported and motivated.
• Provide actionable feedback to help agents improve their prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Lead by example by actively engaging in personal real estate production.
• Facilitate regular one-on-one coaching sessions to track progress and address challenges.
• Collaborate with office leadership to align coaching strategies with company objectives and values.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate sales with a proven track record of personal production.
• Ability to mentor and guide agents in setting and achieving personal and professional goals.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs tailored to individual needs.
• Ability to foster a collaborative environment where agents feel supported and motivated.
• Experience in providing actionable feedback to improve prospecting and lead generation skills.
• Ability to lead by example through active engagement in personal real estate production.
• Experience in facilitating regular one-on-one coaching sessions to track progress and address challenges effectively.
• Real estate license required
