[Required]Experienced with building and equipment specifications and a solid understanding of sourcing/procurement. [Required]Effective communication, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff from executive to onsite construction teams and vendors. [Required]Familiarity with construction blueprints and ability to read/interpret floor plans. [Required]Experience in utilization of Attainia software [Preferred]Familiar with web based applications [Preferred]Proficiency with analytical software tools/ Excel [Preferred]Knowledge of medical equipment planning practices.
