We Are Seeking a Motivated and Detail-Oriented Individual to Join the Team as a

Business Development Representative

to support ongoing growth efforts. This position focuses on outreach, relationship building, and helping customers explore insurance options.

Key Responsibilities

• This is a Marketing & Sales Position
• Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.
• Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.
• Assist customers in identifying options that align with their needs and preferences.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events.
• Strategize with agent on best practices for expanding marketing opportunities.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
• B2B marketing in the community to build relationships and acquire opportunities.
• Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Previous experience in customer engagement, marketing, or outreach preferred.
• Must be able to work events on weekends.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
