Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to provide front desk and phone support for our client while ensuring a welcoming experience for clients and visitors. • On-Site

• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally
• Respond to general inquiries and provide basic information
• Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Manage shared email inboxes and route messages appropriately
• Provide administrative support, including scanning, filing, copying, and data entry
• Maintain clean and professional reception and common areas
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and coverage

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior receptionist, administrative, office support, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with standard office technology and equipment
