The Remote IT Help Desk Associate provides first-level technical assistance to users experiencing routine computer, software, access, and connectivity issues. This entry-level, full-time remote opportunity is designed for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys troubleshooting and helping users resolve everyday technology problems. Respond to incoming IT help desk requests. Gather information about user technology concerns. Provide basic troubleshooting assistance. Assist with routine software and access issues. Create and maintain accurate support tickets. Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions. Guide users through approved technical procedures. Escalate issues requiring specialized technical assistance. Monitor open tickets and follow up on outstanding requests. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
