Warehouse Supervisor

This is an afternoon/evening shift.

We are seeking a dedicated and organized professional to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and smooth logistics processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the production and distribution of our delicious products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations
• Utilize inventory management software to maintain accurate stock levels and track product movement
• Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload pallets safely and efficiently
• Work in a cold environment, adhering to safety and health protocols
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment
• Train and oversee warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management
• At least 1-2 years of experience
• Proficiency with inventory management programs and warehouse software
• Valid forklift certification and experience operating forklifts
• Ability to work in cold environments and handle physical tasks
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
