Job Description: Job Title: Men's Lacrosse Program Manager Effective Date: 08/16/2026 Reports to: Head Coach, Men's Lacrosse Department: Intercollegiate Athletics Rate of Pay: Maryland Minimum Wage FSLA Status: Non-Exempt Location of Position: Gill Center/Gill Stadium, McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, MD 21157 Duration of Appointment: August 5, 2026 to May 25, 2027 Schedule: Schedule is at discretion of supervisor Evaluation Procedures: Student workers are evaluated on a continuous basis. Scope: Provide operational and administrative support to the Men's Lacrosse program. Responsibilities: Assist with practice and other program operations as needed Use cameras and/or tablets to film practices and games Work directly with the coaching staff on the practice field and during games Assist with game-day operations, including statistics, filming, and pregame set up Assist with the lacrosse program's film and video systems Upload, organize, and manage practice and game film Assist coaching staff with film breakdown and preparation Assist with equipment organization and practice setup as needed Assist with recruiting and prospect events as assigned Assist with team meetings, clinics, and other program activities Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: Current undergraduate student at McDaniel College.
