Job Description

This role is in support of Cencora's global logistics and storage services marketed through our World Courier business.

Shift Details: Monday - Friday 8am -5pm

Pay Details: $33.32/hr.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Interacts frequently with inter-departmental associates and supports excess workload issues and scheduling.
• Supports department managers in preparing for departmental activities such as making copies, collating handouts, and various other clerical duties.
• Maintains and promotes positive working relationships with associates and management.
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
• Perform entry clearance process through our ACE System for Customs, USDA, FDA, DEA, and Fish and Wildlife (FWS) regulated shipments.
• Perform Remote Location Filing (RLF) for shipments arriving into the U.S. with World Courier and other freight forwarders for clients

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Work Experience:

• 2-years of experience in Data Entry

Skills and Knowledge:

• Ability to orally communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to represent a positive image

Salary Range*

$29,600 - 54,340

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
