Import Export Coordinator

A Japanese-affiliated logistics company in the Bay Area (San Mateo County) is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to join their team. This position is a great opportunity for someone interested in logistics, international trade, or office operations. Responsibilities Review import/export documents for accuracy Data entry and transmission of shipment information Monitor cargo release and arrival status Create delivery orders and shipment files Communicate with U.S. Customs, vendors, clients, airlines, and shipping companies Coordinate with internal teams regarding shipment status and documentation Provide administrative and operational support as needed. Qualifications Prior experience in the logistics field is a plus, but not required Basic computer and communication skills Detail-oriented and responsible Interest in logistics, import/export, or international business preferred Previous office experience is a plus, but not required Compensation $24–28/hr DOE Work Hours M-F 25-29 hours/wk Team-oriented environment Opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in international logistics and trade operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
