Finance Transactional Paralegal
80,000 - 100,000
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Transactional Paralegal to support attorneys with transactional matters, including document preparation, due diligence, closings, filings, and post-closing work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financing, corporate, and UCC documents.
- Conduct lien and public-record searches.
- Coordinate signatures, closing checklists, and transaction deliverables.
- Obtain corporate records, certificates, and required identification numbers.
- Maintain organized electronic files and track post-closing items.
- Communicate with attorneys, clients, and outside vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
- Prior transactional or law firm experience preferred.
