Our team managers work in a fast paced, high energy environment.

The responsibility of our managers is to oversee the production of the highest quality food with precision and accuracy, continually observing and implementing the proper quality-assurance and food-safety procedures. They are responsible to lead teams of 10-30 depending on the shift and are expected to lead with integrity and kindness.

Managers are key holders to the restaurant and serve as the primary opening/closing leaders for the restaurant. The primary areas of focus for all managers are coaching and developing Team Leaders and Team Members, leading a successful shift while maintaining an excellent standard of performance, and identifying potential business areas of improvement while working towards solutions with other leaders.

The Manager is generally offered as a full time or part time restaurant job.

The right candidate will have casual dining restaurant experience and a proven track record in leadership and facilities management.

Prior experience as manager, supervisor, crew lead, shift lead, assistant manager, kitchen manager, BOH manager is very helpful to your success at this job. Requirements/Responsibilities
