Actual Home Care LLC is seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) in New Jersey for an on-call position. Coverage is required Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, as well as Saturdays and Sundays as needed. The RN will handle calls, answer clinical questions, and perform in-home assessments compliant with NJ Health policies, documenting findings and guiding patients, families, and caregivers.
