JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Quality Data Analyst to support Technical Service Operations (TSO) by delivering data-driven insights and reporting solutions for automotive warranty and aftersales programs. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in analytics, statistics, business intelligence, or university research projects involving large datasets and reporting..

• Automotive, warranty, manufacturing, or university research experience is highly valued.
• This is not a software development or IT infrastructure role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Perform analysis on warranty, repair order, and dealer performance data
• Execute queries using Snowflake SQL and SAS
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from business stakeholders
• Document reporting logic, workflows, and data processes
• Translate analytical findings into actionable business insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
• Strong SQL skills (Snowflake preferred)
• Experience with SAS
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automotive, warranty, aftersales, or manufacturing data
• Familiarity with warranty claims systems, repair order data, or performance reporting
• Experience handling large datasets and cross-functional reporting
• Master's students, PhD candidates, university researchers, and recent graduates with strong analytical projects are encouraged to apply
