This role is critical for us to succeed as an approachable, luxury destination offering best-in-class hospitality and exciting amenities for all. In addition, you will ensure our team members have the resources to provide our guests with memorable moments at Durango.

While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be:

• Working directly with and assisting the Bartender to assure guests' satisfaction and comfort, while maintaining a clean, organized and well-stocked bar.

• Maintaining a well-stocked bar including condiments, beer, wine, liquor, ice and other related products. Preparing in house beverage components, batch beverage recipes and fresh garnish based on the daily needs of the location.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of glass washer, ice machine, margarita machine, pouring guns and holders, and drip trays. Cleaning all coolers, as well as the back bar and front bar surfaces and display areas. Cleaning and wiping all display bottles, Point of Sale displays and any other items on surfaces in view of the internal or external guest.

In a perfect world, we would also like you to come with:

• Possessing knowledge of the types of glasses and brand names of the products offered.

• Ability to push or pull a cart and/or operate a pallet jack with or without assistance; lift up to

50 lbs.

• Must be 21 and able to obtain all necessary work cards.
