BEST Office Manager - 2026

Office Manager, Burlington Educational Summer Theater

• Conduct morning attendance
• Greet parents and students during drop off
• Report absence to the staff
• Call home for absent students
• Create the playbill for the BEST Musical
• Assist the Program Director with accounting for tuition payments
• Arrange for refreshments for two receptions
• Order food and drinks for one cast party
• Assisting with t-shirt ordering and distribution
• Other administrative tasks as needed
• Production period: July 6 - July 25, 8:00 - 3:00
• Performances, July 24, 7pm, July 25, 2 pm
• Planning meetings before and after

Requirements:

• Experience creating and managing spreadsheets
• Accounting knowledge maintain tuition payments
• Communication skills via email and phone

Location: Burlington High School, Burlington MA

Compensation: $2000

Starting Date: July 2026
