You coordinate across teams, partner with branch leadership, and ensure operational accuracy, workflow efficiency, and successful execution of firm and regulatory initiatives.You strengthen client relationships by resolving complex needs with empathy and professionalism, while using emotional intelligence to navigate escalations and support team collaboration.
