About the Role The Principal Product Manager for General Compute is a product authority who defines the strategic direction for Crusoe Cloud's foundational compute platform. You'll take broad ownership of compute infrastructure spanning GPU and CPU offerings, bare metal and virtualized environments, and the orchestration layers that power AI training and inference workloads. This role shapes how Crusoe competes in cloud infrastructure, influencing company-level strategy on platform evolution, market positioning, and capital allocation. You'll operate across organizational boundaries, defining direction across multiple product portfolios where alignment is critical but ownership is distributed. This includes integrating compute strategy with networking, storage, security, and managed AI services to deliver cohesive infrastructure experiences. You'll frame strategic trade‑offs between technical investment, market timing, and business outcomes, ensuring local optimizations don't create systemic inefficiencies. As a Principal Product Manager, you'll identify emerging opportunities before they're visible to the broader organization, bringing structure to ambiguous strategic questions like new market entry, platform shifts, or architectural transitions.
