Project Manager

A multidisciplinary firm providing services in civil and structural engineering, community planning, landscape architecture, and land surveying seeking a Project Manager to help them make a real impact at their Tacoma office. You'll work on a wide range of projects, including residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and industrial warehouses, while leading a team that values creativity and collaboration.

Your Day Includes:

• Managing and mentoring engineering staff
• Serving as a project manager, interacting directly with clients and jurisdictions
• Planning, designing, and directing all phases of civil engineering projects
• Overseeing engineering operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other disciplines
• Nurturing and growing client relationships to support business development

Must Haves:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
• PE License
• 10+ years of civil site design experience in Western Washington
• 3+ years in a civil consulting role with staff mentoring and client management experience
• Practical experience with storm water modeling and Civil 3D
