Assistant Shift Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking an PM Assistant Shift Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the warehouse plant floor monitoring and coaching the shift employees with the Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Assist shift Production Supervisor with daily tasks in plant
Ensure plant floor is clean using Sanitation and Good manufacturing skills
Ensure employees training/onboarding and using best safety procedures
Evaluating product to meet company standards
Creating ideas to enhance operating efficiencies while identifying safety concerns
Work each shift position as needed

Qualifications:

Must have knowledge of plant operations and equipment
Experience in sanitizing equipment using good manufacturing practices
Excellent written & communication skills (Displaying openness, integrity, and respect to employees)
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to lift 50Ibs.
Computer Skill/Data Entry

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in a food manufacturing facility
Leadership Skills
Bilingual a plus
