Data Entry Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist to support daily document processing and administrative operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with records, and providing excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks. What You'll Be Doin gProvide friendly and professional customer service support

Scan, index, and organize documents within electronic records systems
Attach files to electronic records and maintain accurate documentation
Enter data and update tracking logs with daily activity totals
Process online orders and requests accurately and efficiently
Print and prepare certificates and other required documents
Open, sort, and process incoming mail
Review applications and ensure information is entered correctly
Identify and resolve issues independently while keeping work moving forward
