Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Employee Benefits)
As a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist of the Benefit and Retirement Unit, you will perform the following duties:
- Responsible for administering the HROCs retirement programs and benefits
- Plan and schedule work to be accomplished by subordinates
- Develop goals and objectives that integrate organizational and strategic HR objectives
- Formulate strategic plans for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of benefits and retirement programs
