- Good understanding of Experience Cloud
- Exposure to Salesforce Shield is a plus
- Familiarity with integrations (MuleSoft preferred)
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
- Support solution design and implementation
- Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
