Senior IT Project Manager

Seeking a proactive Senior IT Delivery Manager, this full-time remote position will manage critical IT systems initiatives, bridge communication between engineering teams and business needs, and drive enterprise-wide user adoption of technology tools. Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end execution of critical IT systems initiatives, including major system integrations and new tool deployments Drive holistic decisions across IT domains by understanding core platform integrations and operations Partner with IT leaders to define success metrics and build dashboards for tracking enterprise-wide impact Required qualifications 7+ years of IT enterprise system ownership experience, ideally in environments with 7,000+ users Hands-on familiarity with core IT tools such as ServiceNow, SailPoint, Okta, AWS, and Atlassian products Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and make strategic decisions in complex environments Strong history of leading cross-functional teams and unblocking technical dependencies Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
