Bookkeeper

Job Description Job Description A growing company in the Arlington area is seeking a Bookkeeper with strong general accounting experience to support day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced office environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning full-cycle accounting responsibilities, working independently, and supporting a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities: Support full-cycle accounting functions Perform bank and account reconciliations Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Process billing and customer invoicing Post journal entries, debits, and credits Perform general ledger coding and account analysis Assist with month-end accounting activities and reporting Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Work closely with internal teams and outside accounting partners as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience Strong experience with: Bank reconciliations Account reconciliations General ledger coding Journal entries QuickBooks experience required Intermediate Excel skills required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional communication skills and team-oriented attitude Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Additional Information: Stable, team-oriented environment Potential for long-term opportunity based on performance and business needs Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year Search managed by: Blanca Gomez Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
