Human Resources Specialist The Human Resources specialist will serve as the property subject matter resource for the identified specialty. Human resources specialties can include: Benefits, Training, Communication, Recruiting and HRIS systems. Essential Responsibilities Partners with HR Business Partners to meet the needs of the property Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff Participates in meetings and training as requiredMaintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times Perform necessary follow-ups to meet established objectives and assist with reminders of commitments and deadlines Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management Responsible for processing all new hire licensing applications and coordinating annual renewals Ensures all licensing information is input into UltiPro and hard copies of documentation are filed Performs routine audits as requested Performs specialized or confidential administrative duties, including researching data and preparing reports as needed Prepares invoices for payment and tracks actual results versus budget Responsible for inputting and maintaining employee records Assists with the management of data integrity including separations, personnel transactions, and HRIS/Payroll alignment Prepares, compiles, and distributes weekly-monthly-quarterly and annual reports as requested Maintains all physical and confidential personnel records Responds to requests by team members for basic information Assists in the maintenance of the HRIS as assigned Qualification Requirements Must be 21 years of age Minimum of two to four years HR experience preferred PHR, SPHR certification preferred Proficient computer skills including MS Office software Ability to work with various levels of the organization to develop and influence the culture Equal Opportunity Employer Equal Opportunity Employer.
