This role drives financial performance, sales growth, team development and regulatory compliance while creating a safe, service-focused environment for residents and team members. The General Manager II partners closely with regional leadership to execute operational strategies that maximize occupancy, control expenses and elevate the customer experience.What You'll Do:Lead daily community operations with full profit and loss accountabilityPartner with regional leadership to implement sales and operational strategiesDrive occupancy growth through active sales engagement, tours and outreachManage budgets, expenses, labor planning and capital needsRecruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing team membersMonitor quality, compliance and safety standards across the communityBuild strong relationships with families, business partners and local stakeholdersMaintain high employee engagement and resident satisfaction scoresServe as on-call leader and step into operational roles as neededWhat We're Looking For:2–4 years operations management experience (senior living, healthcare, hospitality or related industry)Proven success managing financial performance and meeting revenue goalsStrong leadership, team development and performance management skillsSales acumen and customer service focusKnowledge of regulatory and facilities management standardsBachelor's degree preferred; Administrator's license may be requiredValid driver's license and flexibility to work evenings/weekends as neededPay Range: 76,544.00 - 105,768.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
