Responsibilities: Process new referrals in a timely and courteous fashion Enter Authorizations and Schedules in System Obtain Re-authorizations for Additional Homecare Services Follow-up on Requests From the PCP for Services Contact and Receive Authorizations from Insurance Company Contact Clinicians (PT's, OT's, ST's) to Schedule Services Request Home Health Orders From PCP's, Hospitals, and Specialist Review Charts for Procedural Accuracy and Efficiency Receive and Forward Faxes to Correct Departments Confirm Patient's PCP's Assist Patients with Any Questions, Comments, or Concerns Develop Good Working Relationships with PCP Staff and Insurance Companies Experience: Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Outstanding Customer Service Skills Doctor Office Administrative Experience (Minimum 2-3 years) What We Offer: Opportunities for growth and development A collaborative and supportive work environment A comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
