Construction Accountant

Verifies accuracy of AIA documents from subcontractors including project roll forward and supporting documentation (lien waivers, insurance, etc) Works with project team, vendors and subcontractors to manage job cost requests, including lien waivers, insurance, certified payroll and any additional required documents. Process accounts payable and reconcile job costing and budgeting Attends meeting with project managers to review project status and provides support Assists with monthly accounting and budgeting process Ad hoc projects as required Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with MS Office, strong proficiency with Excel Strong attentional to detail Highly motivated team player Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
