Bookkeeper

We are hiring for a great client of ours located onsite in Irvine, CA. This is a full-time, on-site Bookkeeper role offering a stable contract-to-hire path with long-term growth potential. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a hands‑on accounting environment, can manage daily bookkeeping functions with accuracy, and is comfortable supporting a fast‑paced office with high attention to detail. Responsibilities Maintain and balance general ledger accounts by reconciling entries. Record financial transactions and verify accuracy of data. Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Manage bank and credit card reconciliations. Support the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory reporting as needed. Assist with budget preparation and forecasting. Qualifications 3-5 years experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
