Automotive Accounting SpecialistEchoPark Automotive is looking to hire an Accounting Specialist at our brand new dealership in Orlando, FL opening December 2026! The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for processing car deals, managing accounting tasks, and providing administrative support to ensure accurate and efficient dealership operations.What You Will Do:Review all retail and street purchase deal documentation for accuracy and complianceFinalize all deals in accounting that meet compliance requirementsRoute finalized deals to the title team for processing upon receipt of all fundingPartner with the F&I department to ensure deals are being processed timely and accuratelySubmit aftermarket product cancellations to the cancellation teamPerform schedule reviews and reconciliations throughout the monthAssist in the preparation of the weekly asset meetingsBe the point of contact for vendors regarding invoices and paymentsReview and process invoices for paymentComplete monthly invoice reviewsAct as a liaison between the store-level business operations group and the Shared Services CenterSupport in both internal and external audits by performing research and providing documentation as appropriatePrepare SOX reconciliations that may include the Vehicle Stock In Control, Month End Bank Activity, Bank Reconciliation, and Physical Inventory ReconciliationAssist with filing and scanningProvide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as neededMonth-End Close ProcessPerform balance sheet reconciliations and book-adjusting journal entries as necessaryProvide analysis of expense variancesProduce month-end work papers to address specific financial results/metrics to be used as part of the monthly financial reporting packageWhat We're Looking For:1+ years of accounting or back office automotive dealership experienceUnderstanding of basic accounting principlesAbility to effectively prioritize tasks and organize scheduleDetail-oriented and time-management skillsCDK experience a PLUSIntermediate excel skillsAll applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver licenseWhat We Offer:$20 - $24 per hour based on experienceHealth, Dental and Vision Insurance401k with 4% company matchPaid vacationAccess to leadership and personal development programsGrowth potentialCasual dressAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
