As a Flexible Sales Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most—peak hours—to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Note: This job requires completion of an assessment that will be emailed to you upon submittal of the application. Peak hours are defined as evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. All other duties as assigned. Craft Your Career With Us If You Have Results-oriented sales skills. A sense of care in your communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to charm and captivate an audience with great people skills. At least 18 years old and ability to provide proof of identification and eligibility to work. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; can stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Flexible schedule, working anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
