Senior Benefits Manager

Driving strategic analysis for Medicare Advantage decisions, the full-time Senior Manager, Medicare Advantage Strategy will manage portfolio analytics, benefit design evaluations, and data-backed recommendations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis to inform portfolio decisions, including product and service area mix for growth and margin protection Perform cost and utilization analytics, breaking down PMPM trends and sizing the impact of benefit or network changes Present actionable, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and support go-to-market strategies with analytical insights Required qualifications Six or more years of experience in Medicare Advantage with strong data analysis skills Proficiency in cost and utilization analytics, particularly in PMPM trends and comparison group analysis Strong SQL skills and experience with large claims data warehouses like Snowflake or Databricks Demonstrated ability to turn analysis into strategy and defend findings to senior leadership Experience in end-to-end data ownership, from sourcing to presentation
