Help Desk Support Analyst

Location: Draper, UT Salary: $21.00 USD Hourly - $22.00 USD Hourly Description:

Position: Help Desk Support Analyst

Location: Draper, UT (Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM (8.5 consecutive hours, including a 30-minute lunch break)

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting experience in a corporate IT support environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting:
• Microsoft Windows (Windows 7 and Windows 10)
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft Outlook and Messaging
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Zoom and collaboration tools
• LAN/WAN networking and enterprise domain environments
• Windows desktop and server operating systems
• Basic understanding of virtualization technologies such as Citrix, VMware, and VDI.
• Experience troubleshooting mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to issue ownership and resolution.
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively.
• Flexibility to occasionally support 24x7 operations during business continuity or critical business events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and mobile devices.
• Experience providing executive, VIP, or high-touch customer support.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
