Sales Associate at Mattress Barn

Mattress Barn in Marshall, MN is looking for one sales associate to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 1507 East College Drive. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. This is a full or part time position. We are looking for a few hours during the week and 1 or 2 weekends per month minimum, up to and including full time. We will be very flexible and work around other full time obligations if needed. Besides assisting customers with purchases other responsibilities would include editing and updating our web site and checking in products as they arrive. Besides hourly wages you will also earn a commission on all completed sales and have marketing commissions also available. Responsibilities Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance. Directs customers by escorting them to our products. Advises customers by providing information on products. Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards. Use judgment to solve customer problems. Edit and update website as needed. Check in products and input invoices as they are received. Qualifications Friendly and outgoing personality. Excellent verbal skills. Able to problem solve as issues arise.
