Administrative Assistant

Job Duties

The Southwestern Center for Independent Living (SWCIL) in Marshall, MN is currently accepting resumes for a full-time administrative assistant. SWCIL is an independent living resource center that works to promote societal acceptance, inclusion, and equal access for all persons with disabilities. Primary job functions include providing support to managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and a variety of administrative tasks including purchasing, developing reports, managing a curriculum library, maintaining records, invoicing, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Required

High school degree required, additional education in administrative courses/degrees preferred.

Minimum Experience Required

• Must pass a background study.

• Will require occasional travel within Marshall, MN.

• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS office.

• Detail oriented and able to successfully complete assignments on a deadline.

• Capability to work independently.
