PlastiExports is in a strong growth phase—and we are looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to take ownership of our Quality function and help us take it to the next level.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys driving quality excellence from the shop floor to the customer. You will play a key role in strengthening our quality systems, supporting customer requirements, and helping scale our operations as we continue to grow.

Leading a team, you will partner closely with operations, engineering, tooling, and production to ensure consistent product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001

• Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and management reviews

• Serve as the primary quality contact for customers

• Manage PPAPs, first article submissions, and customer approvals

• Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why, and structured problem solving

• Support new product launches and engineering changes

• Implement SPC, control plans, and in-process quality systems

• Lead and develop a team of 6 quality inspectors/technicians

• Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, rework, and customer returns

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of quality experience in manufacturing

• Strong experience in plastic injection molding (preferred)

• Hands-on knowledge of ISO 9001, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC

• Experience leading customer interactions and audits

• Leadership experience managing or developing a quality team

• A proactive, “floor presence” leadership style
