Collision Estimator: Drive Repairs & Customer Experience

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance providers. The role ensures alignment with team KPIs and WOW standards throughout the repair process. The estimator will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs and parts, and communicate clearly with customers and insurers to maintain satisfaction and timely delivery. #J-18808-Ljbffr
