Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

- Prepare and replenish food and beverage items as needed.

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.

- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets hotel standards.

- Clean and sanitize tables, utensils, and serving areas.

- Assist in inventory management and report any shortages to management.

- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

- Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
