We are looking for a driven and personable Business Development & Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to grow the practice's patient base and referral network
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective patients, educating them about the practice's physician-led integrative and functional medicine services while guiding them through the onboarding process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, strategic partners, and patient liaisons to expand referral opportunities and increase brand awareness 
• Develop and execute outreach strategies including community events, networking, and professional presentations
• Collaborate with internal staff to align business development efforts with practice goals and patient care standards
• Track and report on business development metrics, pipeline activity, and relationship management outcomes
• Represent the practice professionally at industry events, conferences, and community engagements
• Assist with marketing initiatives, patient education campaigns, and strategic growth projects that support the continued expansion of the practice 
• Track leads, referrals, outreach activities, and conversion metrics using the practice's CRM, maintaining accurate records and identifying opportunities for improvement 
• Proactively identify new opportunities, recommend process improvements, and willingly take ownership of special projects in a fast-paced startup environment where flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving are highly valued

Requirements:

• An interest in business development, sales, client relations, customer success, or a similar relationship-focused role; experience in healthcare, wellness, medical aesthetics, concierge medicine, or other service-based industries is preferred; a demonstrated record of leadership will be considered
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills with the ability to build trust and develop long-term relationships
• A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others improve their quality of life
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently while taking initiative with minimal direction
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and follow through to achieve individual and team goals
• Comfortable educating prospective clients, answering questions, and guiding them through a consultative sales process
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly, embrace change, and confidently take on new responsibilities and special projects as the practice grows
• Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other business technology platforms; experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems is a plus
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements, or the ability to quickly learn and adhere to healthcare privacy standards
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience and a demonstrated record of success or passionate interest will be strongly considered in lieu of a degree
