We are looking for a Digital Planner to join our team.As an integral member of our team, you will partner with the Sales Account Executives from inception to execution of digital & cross platform ad campaigns that meet our clients’ objectives. Our team plays an essential role in driving ad sales revenue across our multimedia - digital, streaming, linear, social, experiential, and audio properties. You will collaborate with cross functional teams internally including Account Managers, Operations, Marketing & Research. You will also work directly with clients to ensure the success of sponsorship programs and customized marketing initiatives.YOUR DAY-DAY:Main point of contact for key accounts for digital campaigns pre saleManage strategic media plans, proposal documents, capabilities presentations and pitch presentations to meet client objectives, goals, KPIs and ROIAttend sales calls & internal brainstorming sessionsProvide creative ideas to contribute to the delivery of innovative digital advertising solutions.Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to generate innovative advertising solutionsDevelop strategic analysis and reporting during Upfront seasons and scatter marketsUpsell clients on additional impressions and/or programs based on performancePartner with revenue management, inventory, research and analytics teams to create recap reports for key clientsYOU HAVE:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of relevant experience with an agency, brand, and/or publisherKnowledge of advertising solutions across social, audio, display, streaming video, experiential and sports sponsorship platformsMust have knowledge and understanding of digital video and advanced audience targetingProficiency in PowerPoint and excel for building proposals & decks for clientsMust have knowledge and understanding of all client campaign strategies, brand messaging, and integration expectationsPrior planning and media math experience is preferredStrong problem-solving skills to address distribution, delivery, data and measurement needsExcellent presentation skills and ability to address both small and large groups.Deep understanding of media landscape, services, and technologiesELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:Can be based in any location TU has an officeEmployment/education will be verifiedApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisBase Pay Range: $65,000 – $70,000 + benefits.
