Job Title: Implementation Specialist

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist who combines technical knowledge, project ownership, and strong customer communication. You will lead identity and device-management implementations from kickoff through handoff, guide customers through technical decisions, solve problems, and keep projects moving.

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through configuration, training, and handoff.
• Translate customer goals and technical requirements into clear decisions, timelines, responsibilities, and next steps.
• Drive projects forward by coordinating internal and external stakeholders, following up proactively, and keeping commitments on track.
• Configure identity, access, authentication, user-provisioning, and device-management solutions.
• Troubleshoot setup, access, integration, authentication, provisioning, and endpoint issues, including problems that require additional research.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to customers with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Create customer-facing documentation, internal notes, training materials, and implementation playbooks that support a consistent customer experience.

What you bring
• 2+ years of experience in IAM, identity security, or related implementation or administration work.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or Google Workspace, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
• At least 1 year of IT support, technical services, implementation, consulting, or customer-facing technical experience.
• The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and calmly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Strong organization, follow-through, documentation habits, and comfort managing multiple projects.
• The judgment and self-direction to manage your workload, priorities, customer communication, and deadlines in a remote environment.

Nice to have
• Experience with mobile device management or unified endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or Apple Business Manager.
• Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration experience.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and/or macOS environments.
• Familiarity with Chrome OS environments.
• Experience with identity platforms such as Ping Identity or JumpCloud.
• Background in SaaS or HRIS implementation, managed services, IT consulting, technical account management, technical project management, systems administration, or customer engineering.

Compensation and benefits
• $70,000 to $90,000 annual base salary, based on experience and capabilities.
