Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $17.90 per hour
Schedule: Start time varies based on production needs, typically between 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM

Select Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a food manufacturing company in Gilroy, CA. We are looking for dependable individuals who can work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Job Duties
- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
- Perform hands-on production and packaging tasks.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of machine operating experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Basic math skills.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
