Case Manager

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a dedicated professional to manage a large caseload of insurance applications in New Castle, PA. This in‑office role focuses on reviewing, completing, and tracking applications to ensure compliance with carrier guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming applications to ensure completeness and necessary forms are included.
• Request missing forms and information from clients and follow up accordingly.
• Provide instructions to Processing Specialists regarding e‑mail communication to be sent to clients.
• Review policies for accuracy and determine remaining requirements needed before policy delivery.
• Create insurance illustrations using carrier‑specific tools.
• Manage a large caseload while maintaining an average turnaround time of 70 days or less.
• Interpret insurance company guidelines and provide clear instructions to Clerical Support Specialists.
• Review client files for compliance with company standards.
• Ensure 100% compliance with insurance company guidelines related to proper use of applications and forms.
• Interpret premium payment requirements accurately and communicate them to clients.
• Demonstrate willingness to change and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; certificate or Associates Degree preferred.
• Ability to understand and conform to insurance company guidelines for applications, forms, and procedures.
• Highly developed customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and balance a demanding workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Word.
• Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.

Compensation

The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
