Qualifications 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele. Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including flexible weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic sales days (e.g., day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day). Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift), lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks required for the role.
