Description Store Support is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining consistent execution across departments, and delivering exceptional Guest Service. This position is accountable for effectively opening and/or closing the store and acting as a liaison between store-level teams and Store Leadership. The Store Support ensures adherence to Plum Market policies, monitors operational compliance, and supports a culture of high performance, safety, and hospitality. Who you are You are a confident leader who sets the tone for professionalism and Guest Service throughout the store. You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. What you will bring Experience supervising or supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of store operations, including inventory, merchandising, compliance, and Guest Service standards. Ability to coach and support Team Members with positive, consistent feedback. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand and walk for up to 4 hours without a break. Ability to bend and stoop to grasp objects, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and push/pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs. unassisted. What you will do Support store-level execution by opening and/or closing the store, ensuring all departments are ready for business or properly secured. Provide exceptional Guest Service and assist with escalated service concerns as needed. Monitor and enforce adherence to Plum Market policies, procedures, and quality standards across all departments. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure adequate stocking, proper merchandising, and readiness for peak hours. Act as the central communication point between Store Leadership, department teams, and the Director Group. Assist with special projects, compliance audits, and performance initiatives.
