Social Media Manager
Our client, a leading entertainment organization, is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead both organic and paid social media initiatives across a portfolio of consumer-facing brands. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who understands how to build engaged communities, create compelling content, and optimize campaigns that drive audience growth and brand awareness.
This is a contract assignment. Pay rate: $60/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated organic and paid social media strategies across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that supports marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and audience growth.
- Manage the social content calendar and partner with creative, marketing, and media teams to execute campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze social metrics, and optimize content and paid initiatives based on insights.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and conversations while fostering a positive brand presence.
- Stay current on emerging social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform content strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional experience managing both organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Experience supporting entertainment, media, consumer, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, and paid social best practices.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
