Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients on Med Surg, following established standards of care and the nursing process

- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; perform basic procedures as required
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines to ensure seamless patient flow
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff according to unit policies
- Document care accurately and maintain patient safety and quality standards

Requirements
- Availability to work night shifts (12-hour nights)
- Med Surg nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and adhere to established standards of care
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
