Position Description:
Are you a seasoned Controls Technician with a passion for industrial automation and semiconductor manufacturing? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in Santa Clara, CA, to work on cutting-edge projects that support state-of-the-art semiconductor production facilities. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of complex automation systems, leveraging your expertise in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA design, and system architecture. You'll own projects from concept through commissioning, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions that meet safety and industry standards. Top Requirements:

8+ years of experience in PLC/HMI programming or industrial automation
Expert-level PLC programming skills across one or more platforms (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Emerson)
Proven experience leading automation projects and system commissioning
